In this job, you will:
Make wraps, assemble daily bowls to company’s established standards of quality, safety and hygiene
Perform light-cooking such as boiling, making side dishes and sauces
Prepare raw food ingredient such as meat, poultry and vegetables
Carry out food preparation processes including thawing, washing, cutting, marinating, portioning food ingredients, according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
Set up and replenishing salad bar with fresh food ingredients
