Job Summary:
To support the Customer Service Manager in matters relating to the Department in achieving Company’s goals and objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate entering of sales orders, amendments and engineering changes into Sales Order System.
Keep customers updated on the status of their parts through weekly reports, customized reports and customer web base reports.
Coordinate with other departments in resolving problems, expediting orders and managing shipment schedules.
Handle customers’ enquiries and manage customer relationships.
Update customers’ profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the system.
Prepare Repair Capability Listing / Catalogue and load into web page.
Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions to meet customers’ requirements and optimize customer service processes.
Support Request For Quotations/Quoting activities, including financial modelling.
Review POs, Contracts, and correspond with customers to address PO discrepancies and ensure compliance to PO requirements
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to communicate well with customers and all levels of staff in the organization. Must be customer-oriented, work well as team member, and have high energy level / outgoing personality.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Possess good coordination and follow-up skills.
Meticulous, self-motivated, resourceful, proactive with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Tech-savvy, with good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Able to multitask, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Knowledge in Financial Modeling will be an added advantage.
Education Requirements:
Degree in Business or Engineering or related field or fresh graduates with a passion for customer service or aerospace or Diploma holders with at least 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
