Job Responsibilities:
Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Managing office supplies, ordering inventory, and maintaining records.
Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and databases (e.g., inventory, invoices, client details).
Coordinating with internal teams and external clients, vendors, or distributors.
Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
Handling contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and logistics providers.
Acting as a point of contact for customers and resolving queries related to orders, delivery, or products.
To perform any other duties as assigned by management when and as deemed necessary.
5 day week
