Assist the project team with general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for both project and maintenance-related activities.
Schedule and coordinate regular project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Monitor and track project progress, schedules, and updates. Ensure all timelines are met and report status to project stakeholders.
Assist in applying for necessary permits, insurance cover notes, and business licenses for projects and maintenance works.
Manage the procurement process for project equipment, materials, fittings, and resources. Source and purchase maintenance materials when necessary.
Act as a liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation such as project reports, receiving reports, defects reports, and maintenance-related reports.
Assist with shipping and logistics coordination for both project deliveries and maintenance materials.
