Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring for Our Harvey Norman Chai Chee (ESR) Store!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when approached by customers at the cashier counter.

• Handles all payment transaction (Cash, Nets, credit cards, vouchers, etc) using the Wincor Point-of-Sale system.

• Scan the bar codes on the stocks.

• Ensure right amount is in the cash register at all times.

• Perform refunds to customer by following the company’s process and procedures.

• Ensure end day and daily settlements are correctly done by following company’s procedures.

• Ensure all cash / cheques collections are properly enclosed in the sealed Brinks CIT envelop and hand over to Bank courier.

• Consolidate and submit the Building/Mall vouchers to the Mall Management.

• Perform packing of products purchased for customers at the cashier counter.

• Assist the Retail Managers for stationaries orders and any other ad hoc task assigned

Requirements:

• No experience is required; all are welcome

• Able to work retail hours which may include weekends and PHs

• On the job training is offered

• Be comfortable with operating POS system
