• Position: Accounts Assistant (AP/ AR/ Shipping/ Logistics)

• Location: Bukit Merah

• Working hours: 5 Days Work Week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,600 + AWS

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Shipping/ Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable duties involving handling of supplier invoices and issuing of payments.

• Accounts receivable duties involving preparing of invoices, debit and credit note, SOA and follow up on payments matters.

• Handling of cash flow and daily bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly accounting entries for data processing.

• Handling accruals and prepayments and managing monthly budget tasks.

• Assist in preparing of financial reports.

• Any other accounts related duties being assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience in Shipping or Logistics industry.
