BMS Engineer
Set up, configure, and commission BMS equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators etc.
Testing to ensure system functionality, and customize BMS programs to meet specific operational needs.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in BMS, including software, hardware, and integration problems.
Continuously monitor the performance of HVAC, lighting, and other building systems
Prepare system documentation, including design layouts, wiring diagrams, and configuration files.
Maintain logs of maintenance activities, system performance reports, and project timelines.
Manage BMS projects from concept through to completion, ensuring within time and budget.
Develop project schedules, define project scope, allocate resources, and set milestones.
Monitor project progress and report on status, addressing potential issues or delays.
Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with BMS systems
Experience in building automation, HVAC, lighting controls, or energy management is a plus.
2. Quantity Surveyor
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Provide guidance on cost-related matters to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Work with project managers/engineers to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.
Conduct cost assessments and prepare reports on project cost performance, variations, and potential risks.
Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor cost expenditure against budget, identify any deviations and implementing corrective measures
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
At least 3-5 years experience, will be consider for manager role if have more experience.
Experience in Tendering, scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirements.
