Job Scope:
Business Development/Sales
Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Handle email and phone enquiries, communicate and meet with new clients to understand business needs.
Build and maintain business relationships with existing and potential clients.
Tailor and conduct sales presentations, system demonstrations, and facility tours to pitch our solutions.
Determine, plan, and propose quotations based on client's requirements.
Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Work closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth transition of new customers, and ensure that rate structures match operational processes.
Monitor news and media to identify and propose new sales leads.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Identify areas for improvement.
Marketing
Maintain, review, and update sales and marketing materials such as article write-ups, digital brochures, company profile, presentations etc.
Ideate, draft, and publish high quality written articles on company news and technologies for various mediums.
Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and display advertisements to create brand awareness and online presence.
Monitor Google Ads campaigns and manage optimization of Ad copies, keywords structures, bidding strategies to improve Google ranking.
Apply onpage and offpage search engine optimization techniques to improve organic search ranking.
Measure the ROI performance via Google analytics tools (GA4); report on performance and take data driven actions.
Provide regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years working experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
Proficiency in creating graphic design assets using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Canva.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent command of written and verbal English, and verbal Mandarin for negotiation and presentation skills
Keen eye for detail, amidst looking at the bigger picture.
Ability to identify patterns, multitask, and prioritize tasks logically.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
