Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (7.40am - 5pm) 10h, breaks included

Salary: $2,100 - $2,200 (Basic)

Job Description:

• Assemble, test, and inspect refrigeration units.

• Maintain tools and ensure equipment is calibrated.

• Help design tools (jigs, fixtures, trolleys) to boost productivity.

• Train new employees using the buddy system.

• Troubleshoot and repair unit issues.

• Inspect work area and follow up on corrective actions.

• Follow safety rules and assist in accident investigations.

• Keep workspace clean and tidy.

• Maintain records like checklists and serial numbers.

• Suggest and support process improvements.

• Perform other assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC or Higher NITEC qualification.

• Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and method sheets.

• Comfortable with hands-on assembly and troubleshooting tasks.

• Positive attitude and willing to train others.

• Good understanding of safety protocols and proper workplace maintenance.
