We’re looking for a passionate Research Engineer to develop AI-powered robotic manipulation solutions that bridge research and real-world industrial deployment.

• Design and optimize advanced robotic algorithms in a collaborative R&D environment

• Develop ML-based toolpath planning strategies and validate them using 3D simulation tools

• Integrate software into robotic platforms and enhance UI/UX for seamless operation

• Continuously test, debug, and improve robotic software modules

• Support research projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones

• Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in robotic algorithm development and deployment with proficiency in C/C++, Python, JavaScript, and Git

• Hands-on experience with ROS, Linux, and industrial/collaborative robots

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and 3D simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Isaac SIM)
