Roles and Responsibilities
General Technical troubleshooting on I.T hardware and software products Windows 11 (Desktop PC, Laptop, Printers etc.)
Update Incident tickets upon completion of cases.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting using client remote tool
Perform Service Request upon receiving IMAC tickets (E.g. Installing of software for client PC, setting up new IT equipment etc.)Escalation of technical question to Level 3 Support.
Work closely with various IT resolver group to resolve customer software desktop issues
Perform once a week Network/Critical Incident standby duty Added Scope for MAC IOS Support
Troubleshooting for MAC Book
Create Admin Account
Install Tier 1 Software (VPN, O365, Lotus Notes, SEP, Java, Wi-Fi Cert, Cisco Jabber, AirWatch)
Mac OS upgrade if required (Highly preferred)
Change hostname and join Domain Wi-Fi Whitelist and Create Wi-Fi profile
Add Proxy and exception list8.Setup Outlook Mail
