Quantity Surveyor (Interior- Fit Out, A&A) - RT1 - #1099453

QS (No experience required - 4 years Experience)

HQ - 5 days working - 9 AM - 6PM - Interior fit out projects

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects.

• Prepare for tender submission and follow-up with Tender Questionnaires reply and Interview.

• Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.

• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings

• Other QS duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Architectural, Building Construction, Landscaping Management or equivalent

• 0 - 4 Years of relevant experience
