Salary: $2,100 - $2,200 (Basic)

Location: Jurong West

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (7.40am - 5pm) 10h, breaks included

Job Responsibilities:

• Test, inspect, braze, and assemble refrigeration units according to manufacturing instructions.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and rework on assembled/tested units.

• Assist in designing jigs, fixtures, and parts trolleys to improve productivity.

• Train new employees under the buddy system.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and calibrated gauges in good working condition.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.

• Conduct work area inspections and maintain proper housekeeping.

• Maintain accurate records, including checklists and serial numbers.

• Provide feedback and suggest process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC or Higher NITEC qualification.

• Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and method sheets.

• Comfortable with hands-on assembly and troubleshooting tasks.

• Positive attitude and willing to train others.

• Good understanding of safety protocols and proper workplace maintenance.
