Are you a people-person with a knack for organization? Our client, a renowned name in the electronics manufacturing industry, is looking for a Receptionist & Admin Executive to be the welcoming face of their office and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calls, screen and direct to departments, update phone list
Welcome visitors, assist with registration, notify hosts, restrict access, prepare drinks
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
Clean and maintain meeting rooms, assist with bookings and refreshments
Oversee pantry inventory, report equipment issues, provide admin support, manage staff lockers, process travel invoices
Manage golf equipment and perform other assigned tasks
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ Level and above
1–3 years of receptionist or customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
