Administrative duties; organisation of documents and files, sorting, opening and
scanning of normal/registered mail, arranging delivery of documents via post/courier.
Receptionist duties; attend to phone calls, walk-in guests/visitors
Organize and coordinate meetings and appointments when required
Coordinate and manage the storage/retrieval of archived files
Monitor and procure necessary office supplies (i.e. stationeries, pantry items)
Evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality and delivery speed
Maintain and update staff’s leave record
Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with office general/medical insurances
Assist with scanning and printing of client documents
Provide internal IT support by liaising with IT vendor
Support the business in general admin, HR and IT related matters as and when assigned
