Human Resources Executive (Recruitment - 3 Months) - #1099376

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates

• Liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements

• Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders and management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail industry

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
