Expectations of the Role:
Perform system transactions and maintain accurate records for traceability and accountability.
Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hygiene policies, and validation procedures.
Conduct regular inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock takes, and location audits.
Manage storage processes, including handling, storing, and documentation of goods.
Handle near-expiry, expired, and special-handling stock according to procedures.
Support product recall, redressing, and non-drug disposal processes.
Maintain good documentation practices and ensure all records are up-to-date.
Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.
Report maintenance issues, pest sightings, and temperature/humidity deviations.
Ensure timely closure of assigned tasks and dockets.
Requirements (Must-Have):
GCE ‘O’ Level or secondary education with relevant warehouse operational experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good spoken and written English.
Advantageous to Have:
Experience in handling cytotoxic drugs and non-drug disposals.
Familiarity with SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
Personal Attributes:
Committed, responsible, and good communication skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage time effectively.
Analytical and able to troubleshoot complex problems.
