About the role
Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Carpentry) to join our dynamic team in the Woodlands North Region. As a fulltime Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our carpentry projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Manage the end-to-end delivery of carpentry projects, from planning and coordination to final execution
Liaise with clients, architects, Internal Team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and align expectations
Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Coordinate and manage the work of our skilled carpentry team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient collaboration
Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement effective strategies to address challenges
Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns
Collaborate with the wider project management team to share best practices and continuously improve our processes
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction or carpentry industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex carpentry projects within defined timelines and budgets
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in project management tools and software, with the ability to create and interpret detailed project plans
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and team members
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
