Job Scope:

• Assist in logistics planning, including warehouse layout, space design, racking configuration, and workflow mapping, under departmental guidance.

• Support new business setups, including facility layout, workforce planning, and equipment sourcing.

• Study operations and suggest process improvements and cost savings.

• Apply Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to improve productivity and performance.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, visual management boards, and performance dashboards.

• Coordinate WMS integration during new system implementations or upgrades.

• Use data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) for tracking and reporting operational performance.

• Create warehouse simulation models using MS Visio or AutoCAD.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Contribute to long-term warehouse development strategies aligned with company growth.

• Work with teams and vendors during planning and execution.

• Conduct site checks and post-project reviews.

• Set and track KPIs using dashboards to share performance insights.

• Encourage continuous improvement and review SOPs with staff.

• Assess and suggest automation and digital tech for warehouses.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Relevant 3–5 years in logistics planning, warehouse design, or supply chain operations.

• Experience in contract logistics and process improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, cost reduction)

• Hands-on involvement in warehouse setup, layout planning, and workflow design.

• Proficient in MS Visio, AutoCAD, or similar layout/design software

• Familiar with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles is a plus.

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and reporting skills.
