Job Description

• Working Location: Jurong East

• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.00pm) Sat (9.00am – 1.00pm)

• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full set of accounts, including but not limited to accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare detailed monthly and year-end financial statements along with comprehensive management reports.

• Oversee monthly closing activities, ensuring accurate journal postings.

• Specialize in GST submissions, maintaining stringent adherence to IRAS regulations for timely compliance.

• Take a leading role in the preparation and submission of corporate tax, working closely with tax agents.

• Maintain precise financial records and engage with external parties like tax agents as necessary.

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, supporting financial planning efforts.

• Uphold strict compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and relevant laws to ensure financial integrity.

• Other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing full sets of accounts, with a strong emphasis on corporate tax and GST matters.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
