Project Manager ( Healthcare & Life Science) - #1099323

Our client who is a well-established, Singapore-based company specializing in providing scientific and medical equipment solutions across Southeast Asia is looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee technical infrastructure projects from start to finish — including planning, stakeholder management, site coordination, and contractor engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects (hospital, lab, animal facility, etc.)

• Review tender specs, contracts, and documentation

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

• Prepare and manage project schedules and subcontractor work scopes

• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion on site

• Support the sales team on project-related queries as needed

What You Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience

• Hands-on experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) is highly preferred

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player

• Own transport is an added advantage
