Responsibilities:
Independently research, design, develop, and deploy solutions to meet organizational needs.
Implementing security measures to protect data and IT systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance.
Assist manager to lead or co-lead various IT projects.
Log monitoring for security threats and abnormality.
Providing technical support to staff and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
Perform incident management and problem management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize functionality and user experience.
Official as backup personnel to the IT Support Office for vessel.
IT procurement, billing management and vendor management.
Conduct daily IT operation daily checklist, monthly checklist and annual checklist.
Automate IT processes for the organization to simplify the processes and improve efficiency.
Opportunity to travel for vessel support.
Requirements:
Strong in M365 admin modules, with minimum 2 years hand-on technical skills in deployment and administer of Microsoft Intune, Compliance and Security module.
More than 5 years of experience work as L2 support in mid to large enterprise with headcount more than 100 with proven track of record running IT projects as project manager or facilitator.
Strong customer service and communication skill with knowledge of know-how to translate technical issue effectively to the users.
Strong network skill and experience in managing various next gen firewall.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practice
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
ITIL certification is a must.
MS-102 - M365 Certified Administrator Expert (Good to have)
