Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation of multi-dose medication supply services

• Set up of medication management system at new ILTC facilities

• Accountable for the accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient

• Provide pharmaceutical care services to Intermediate, Long-term care (ILTC) facilities & day centers

• Provide quality customer service

• Staff Training & Development

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy

• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council

• Excellent communicator with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and patients.

• Proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Organized and analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
