Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Logistics & Warehouse Planning – 3PL) - #1099259

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, design, and continuous improvement of warehouse layout, racking configuration, and material flow.

• Optimize storage capacity, workflow efficiency, and space utilization using WMS and warehouse analytics.

• Lead or support the deployment of new warehouse systems, automation, or racking solutions.

• Collaborate with operations teams to implement Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).

• Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and recommend cost-effective improvements.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and documentation for warehouse operations.

• Liaise with clients and cross-functional teams to support new project rollouts and business transitions.

• Participate in budgeting and resource planning for logistics projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse planning, preferably in a 3PL or contract logistics environment.

• Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse automation is a strong advantage.

• Hands-on experience in layout design, workflow mapping, or process improvement.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, or data visualization tools.

• Good communication and project coordination skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving logistics setup.
