Applications Project Manager - Aviation (ID: 677075) - #1099239

As the successful candidate, you will successfully manage multiple customer software implementation projects across the Asia Pacific region through effective planning, scheduling and controlling.
Position Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Applies extensive project management and customer experience while learning and adapting to best practices framework to deliver project goals.

• Schedule Management: Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by estimating, identifying, and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths.

• Scrum Master: facilitate scrum ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives); encourage effective communication and information exchange within the team and with stakeholders; coach the team to apply Agile principles and scrum practices; remove impediments; provide guidance and support to improve team performance and effectiveness.

• Change Management: Ensure proper change management procedures are followed to ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured and appropriately billed to customer.
  

• Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of external customer Project Management experience

• Experience managing complex software implementation projects

• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.

• Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.

• Bachelor's degree or higher with degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Science & Technology or equivalent

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or 
  equivalent preferred
