Job Scope:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the collections department to maintain high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

• Review and analyze collections MIS reports to formulate strategies aimed at reducing delinquency rates and minimizing bad debt exposure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.

• Engage with customers regarding overdue accounts, striking a balance between assertiveness and empathy to encourage timely payments.

• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards, especially those pertaining to collections and hire purchase agreements.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, payment plans, and follow-up actions.

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing industry best practices and enhancements in collection processes.

• Leverage a variety of recovery methods, including site visits and legal proceedings, to maximize recovery rates while effectively managing costs.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with proven Collections experience in financial services / loans industry are welcome to apply

• Experience in Auto hire-purchase collections and recoveries is an added advantage
