Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans for building works.
Plan and sequence construction operations according to master and detailed work programs, considering project costing.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of project plans.
Monitor progress analysis and identify critical activities to Project Manager.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues or delays.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry, specifically building works.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
