• 5 days, 8am-5:30pm

• Salary range: $3000-$3500

• Location: 3 bus stops from Tai Seng MRT 

• Industry: Semiconductor 

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and plan delivery schedules.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.

• Monitor daily shipment schedules for customers.

• Follow up on production and shipment status updates for customers.

• Coordinate delivery plans with departments like Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics.

• Collaborate with Purchasing on customer forecast demands.

Requirements

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

• Candidate with related experience in Semicon/ Manufacturing environment as program cum planner will have added advantage.
