Accountant (5 days, Transportation provided, Salary up $5000) - #1099166

Summary

• Salary range $4500-$5000

• Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5pm)

• Company Transport Pick up at Lakeside, Macpherson & Tampines

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

• Manage and monitor company cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.

• Review and confirm monthly payment transactions for accuracy and approval.

• Prepare documentation for corporate income tax filing.

• Prepare and submit quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns in a timely manner.

• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, corporate secretarial firms, and tax agents on financial and regulatory matters.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review.

• Ensure timely submission of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and corporate tax returns.

• Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ACCPAC accounting software

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience in group consolidation is a plus
