Job summary:

• Basic salary up to $5000

• Entitled AWS and VB

• Monday - Friday, Office Hour

• Working location at North Region, Woodlands

Job scope:

• Understand customer workflows to propose customized solutions and ensure timely delivery updates.

• Identify opportunities to enhance product and service offerings.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and internal teams during client engagements.

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotations.

• Manage end-to-end order processing and documentation using SAP/MRC Global systems.

• Track project milestones, support tender submissions, and maintain delivery and documentation reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering studies or with relevant experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
