Location: Senoko Drive S758225
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
Working day: Mon - Fri
Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Description:

• Liaise with key stakeholders on modifications to sourcing proposals.

• Manage vendors' conformance to delivery schedules and product specifications.

• Ensure procurement operations and workflows comply with regulatory safety and quality requirements.

• Determine inventory levels of products within the organization.

• Develop new products and Ready-to-Eat meals.

• Source and evaluate raw materials for new product development.

• Support the R&D department in new developments and applications.

• Work with the R&D team to create innovative product ideas and recipes.

• Collaborate with the Quality Management team to ensure product compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct product quality assessments and sensory analyses.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Possess 2 years of experience in the food industry.
