Well Established Laptop Services Center

Working Hours: 5.5 Alternative Days (Mon to Fri) - 10am to 7pm & (Sat) - 10am - 2pm

Salary: $2200 - $3000 + Allowances + Bonus + Medical Benefits + Dental Benefits

Location: Taiseng

Must Possess own vehicle & At least 2years laptop services experiences

Job Scope:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops.

• Perform repairs and replace components such as screens, keyboards, motherboards, and batteries.

• Install, update, or repair operating systems and drivers.

• Provide on-site support and services at customer locations when required.

• Document service activities, communicate repair status to customers, and ensure all work complies with warranty policies and quality standards.

Requirement:

• Diploma or certificate in IT, electronics, computer engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and work independently, including at on-site locations.
