Senior/ Executive, Emergency Medicine (Contract till July 2026) - #1099109

Assist the Clinical HOD and Operations Director in providing operational, administrative, and project management support to the clinical department.

Responsibilities

• Ground operations role – manage a team of PSCs/ PSAs

• Operations planning role – manage a team of EAs and/or AAs

• Assist RO in designing and implementing projects that improve clinical and service outcomes in conjunction with stakeholders

• Participate in and implement departmental and institutional IT initiatives

• Address patient feedback and develop plans to close service and clinical gaps

• Monitor accrued revenue collection (monthly) and dropped charges (weekly)

• Liaise with stakeholders to improve and manage department facility

• Participate and improve hospital and department plans for Emergency Preparedness

• Assist RO to organise, plan, implement, report and evaluate key operational processes

• Monitor department’s operational related performance scorecard in support of the hospital’s and department’s mission, vision and strategy

• Document department clinical, service and operational work processes

• Arrange working meetings and provide secretariat support

• To undertake other projects as assigned by RO

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• 2 years of work experience, preferably from the service/healthcare related industry

• Good working knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge of statistics
