Manager, Facilities development (Healthcare) (REF: VL) - #1099078

The Manager, Facilities Development will act as an internal Project Manager responsible for planning and delivering infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with users to conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
• Lead the design and development phases of various projects.
• Manage procurement processes for consultancy and construction services required for project implementation.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and permits during the construction phase.
• Oversee consultants and contractors, ensuring they deliver services as per contract terms.
• Develop and implement project governance policies and processes.
• Establish technical standards for infrastructure projects across the cluster.
• Lead and manage special projects or tasks as assigned by your reporting officer.

Qualification

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in Facility Management.
• Holds a Diploma/Degree in Facilities/Building Management/Engineering or a relevant field.
• Preferably certified as a Fire Safety Manager, Green Mark Manager, or Workplace Safety and Health Manager.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and meets tight deadlines.
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing work proactively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
