About the Job

The SAP Ariba Consultant – P2P Support role will support SAP Ariba’s P2P (Procure-to-Pay) modules.

Ensuring the stability and efficiency of procurement operations across business units.

The consultant will be a key liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors, providing in-depth functional support, proactive issue management, and guidance on process enhancements aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support contact for SAP Ariba P2P modules, e.g., Buying & Invoicing, Procurement Contracts, and Supplier Management.

• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to procurement and invoicing operations.

• Provide expert guidance to business users on Ariba functionality, process flows, and issue prevention.

• Coordinate with ERP (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA) and middleware teams to troubleshoot integration issues and support data consistency.

• Perform system health checks, monitor transactions, and support user inquiries with minimal supervision.

• Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and regression testing during system upgrades or releases.

• Document support processes, resolutions, and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.

• Contribute to training initiatives, user enablement, and process documentation.

• Maintain ticket quality, meet SLA targets, and ensure compliance with IT service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba functional support, particularly in P2P

• Knowledge of the end-to-end P2P process, procurement policies, and Ariba-SAP ERP integration points.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
