- Responsible for ensuring Logistics Department meets it’s KPI.
- Oversee the warranty registration process and operations.
- Working with IT Department to resolve system issues and system development for Logistics operations.
- Work on process improvements and documentation of process flows for Logistics operations.
- Support operations on Goods Receiving and Goods Issue in SAP, ensuring accuracy of transactions in system and stock accuracy.
- Manage 3PL to meet our storage, handling and transportation requests and resolve issues.
- Report on Logistics expenses and perform analysis for studying areas for cost saving.
- To provide coaching and training to logistics staff
- Any other job assigned by manager.
