Senior/ Supply Chain Manager (MNC) - #1099004

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimize our sourcing operations and ensure the timely, cost-efficient delivery of high-quality prototypes in our manufacturing environment. You'll lead our project buying efforts and play a critical role in supplier performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all sourcing activities within our manufacturing environment, focusing on cost optimization and quality.

• Assure the on-time, cost-optimized delivery of high-quality functional prototypes and production prototypes.

• Supervise, train, and oversee the project buying function within the Supply Chain Management Team.

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, conducting regular assessments to ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, production) to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a Technical field, or a Technical/ Commercial discipline.

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in a similar sourcing position within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record in optimizing supply chain processes and managing supplier relationships.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
