Key Information:

• Location: Bedok

• Working Hours: On Activation Basis

• Salary: $15 per hour

Job Description:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Offer first-level assistance as part of the helpline support team

• Document customer interactions, comments and complaints

• Oversee the operation and management of the ChatBot

• Training Provided

Job Requirements:

• Min. NITEC

• MUST have Call Centre Experience

• MUST be able to work on weekends and PH

• Computer Literate

• Candidates with law enforcement (legal/investigation) experience are preferred
