Key Information:
Location: Bedok
Working Hours: On Activation Basis
Salary: $15 per hour
Job Description:
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Offer first-level assistance as part of the helpline support team
Document customer interactions, comments and complaints
Oversee the operation and management of the ChatBot
Training Provided
Job Requirements:
Min. NITEC
MUST have Call Centre Experience
MUST be able to work on weekends and PH
Computer Literate
Candidates with law enforcement (legal/investigation) experience are preferred
