Overview

We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge packaging solutions in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. This role will be instrumental in driving technology advancement and managing the full lifecycle of R&D projects from concept to production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing R&D team focused on next-generation packaging solutions.

• Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product Development, Operations, and Quality to enable smooth technology integration into manufacturing processes.

• Continuously monitor industry developments and contribute to innovation strategies that strengthen the company's technical capabilities and market position.

• Deliver clear and concise technical updates, research findings, and project recommendations to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing R&D or technology-focused teams.

• Solid technical background in advanced packaging technologies, such as system-level integration and wafer-level solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with effective planning, resource coordination, and risk management.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
