Sales Coordinator

Working days & hours: 5.5 days , Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Alt Sat 8am – 1pm

Working location: Pioneer

Salary: $2300 - $2500 + AWS + Bonus + Sales Incentive

Responsibilities

• Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, fax, email or walk-in) and provide customers with quotations.

• Assist sales staff to key customer orders in to out inhouse system (ERP infor)

• Follow up on delivery arrangements ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

• Follow up with customer’s outstanding payment and update to account / finance team.

• Respond to customer’s feedback & complaints and give after-sales support when requested

• Handover hardcopy posted documents to account department and arrange own filing.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Requirement:

• min Diploma

• Good at calculation, or numbers
