Senior Team Lead - HRIS (ECC + SF Configuration L3 Support) (ID: 677707) - #1098823

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Team Lead, HRIS to support the implementation and operations of our new Human Capital Management System (HCMS), with a focus on SAP ECC6 and SuccessFactors. You’ll play a key role in system configuration, project coordination, data integrity, and user support—driving HR digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules: coordination, testing (UAT), and go-live

• Manage system configurations, workflows, and data uploads

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and resolve issues

• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides

• Conduct data audits and generate HR reports and dashboards

• Drive automation and continuous improvement in HR processes

• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

• Minimum 6 years’ experience with SAP ECC6 and SuccessFactors (L3 support/configuration)

• Strong HRIS knowledge and understanding of HR functions

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Familiar with HR data standards, compliance, and reporting

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive data with discretion.
