We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Team Lead, HRIS to support the implementation and operations of our new Human Capital Management System (HCMS), with a focus on SAP ECC6 and SuccessFactors. You’ll play a key role in system configuration, project coordination, data integrity, and user support—driving HR digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules: coordination, testing (UAT), and go-live
Manage system configurations, workflows, and data uploads
Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and resolve issues
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides
Conduct data audits and generate HR reports and dashboards
Drive automation and continuous improvement in HR processes
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Minimum 6 years’ experience with SAP ECC6 and SuccessFactors (L3 support/configuration)
Strong HRIS knowledge and understanding of HR functions
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Familiar with HR data standards, compliance, and reporting
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive data with discretion.
