What You'll Do:
Team Management: Lead and manage a cleaning team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of work done by cleaners to maintain high cleaning standards.
Equipment Check: Regularly check the condition of cleaning equipment to ensure functionality.
Assistance to Supervisor: Provide support to the site supervisor, assisting with various tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and motivate a team.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order.
