Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a global MNC in the Oil and Gas industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Customer Service team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.
They are located in the West area with daily transportation pick-up and drop-off.
Duties:
Accurately process customer orders and invoices in SAP/Gold, ensuring key details are captured.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams on order status, deliveries, and service requests.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, ensuring high service standards and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer data in SAP and support PSO invoicing and documentation.
Collaborate across departments to improve processes, uphold safety standards, and support team initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum diploma holder in Business/Marketing/Admin / Supply Chain
Strong interpersonal skills in customer service
2 years’ experience in customer service
