Finance Executive (Billing & AR) - Training Provided - #1098769

Job summary:

• Basic up to $3000

• Entitled AWS + VB

• Monday to Friday; Office Hour

• Working location in West Region, Jurong East

• Entry level role, training will be provided

• Work-Life-Balance role, no OT required

• Japanese MNC

Job scope:

• Manage project sales invoicing, including down payments, progress claims, and billing schedules.

• Oversee lease agreement billings, renewals, and contract tracking.

• Handle decommissioning tasks such as issuing credit notes and deposit refunds.

• Submit invoices through external portals and coordinate with teams to ensure accuracy.

• Respond to customer billing enquiries and resolve payment issues professionally.

• Ensure GST/FRS compliance, support month-end closing, and monitor AR and cash flow.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Accounting/ Banking & Finance or similar field

• Basic knowledge of GST and relevant financial reporting standards

• Familiarity with Microsoft Navision and Excel
