Clinical Care

• Deliver nursing care in line with approved standards and specialized skills.

• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

• Monitor residents’ conditions, update care plans, and administer medications safely.

• Supervise staff to ensure quality and safe care; respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.

• Maintain accurate medical records and oversee assessments for new admissions.

Quality & Compliance

• Support day-to-day ward operations and ensure a safe, clean environment.

• Assist in quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and emergency protocols.

Training & Development

• Mentor and train new and existing staff to meet competency standards.

• Help identify and support staff development needs.

Administrative Duties

• Manage staff performance, scheduling, and inventory of medical supplies and equipment.

• Uphold confidentiality and support interdepartmental collaboration.

• Deputise for the Nurse Manager or Nurse Clinician when required.

Job Requirements

• 3 years or more relevant nursing experience
