Duties & Responsibilities

• Support project management tools, enable processes, and onboard new team members to transformation frameworks.

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and key milestones.

• Organize project meetings, workshops, and steering committees, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, RACI logs (Responsibilities, Accountable, Consulted, Informed), and action plans.

• Liaise with project leads, workstream owners, and other stakeholders to ensure project status and deliverables are on track.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years’ experience in project support, PMO, or coordination roles.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools; basic knowledge of PMP or Agile.

• Adaptable, independent, team-oriented, with interest in transformation, digital, or strategic change initiatives.
