The Service Operations team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe day-to-day operations across all Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG) offerings. Working closely with the Duty Operations Manager and various stakeholders, you will support incident management, escalation, and reporting processes. You will also manage the Operations Command Centre (OCC) and assist with guest flow during peak periods to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Duty Manager in handling on-site incidents and escalations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to document and report incidents.
Conduct regular roving patrols across MFLG attractions, providing feedback to enhance guest experience and safety.
Manage daily operations of the Operations Command Centre (OCC).
Monitor CCTV for suspicious activities; identify and report damages, hazards, or misconduct.
Oversee queue management and crowd control during peak periods.
Maintain and upkeep operational equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
Able to work on a 5-day rotating shift schedule, including weekends and Public Holidays
Quick thinker with strong on-site situational responses skills.
Comfortable writing incident reports.
