Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, preparing, and analyzing financial data to assess the company's financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports, including budget vs. actuals analysis, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the preparation of monthly management reports and financial presentations.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts under the guidance of the FP&A manager.
• Help maintain and update financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing budget proposals and providing analysis to support decision-making.
• Learn to build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Assist in conducting research and analysis to evaluate industry trends and competitor performance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by performing data validation and reconciliation.
• Support efforts to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support financial analysis projects.
• Provide support on various financial projects and initiatives.
• Assist in preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FP&A or a related field (Financial Accounting experience may be considered).
• Previous experience/background in an audit firm.
• Knowledge of Opex & Capex.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools, preferably Oracle.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Knowledge of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial statement analysis is an added advantage.
