Our client is from Freight Forwarding Industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities of Customer Service Supervisor:
Apply in-depth knowledge of cargo handling per IATA regulations.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, offering effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and shipping documentation accuracy.
Coordinate with overseas agents on requirements and rates.
Support export operations to ensure smooth documentation and invoicing.
Handle special cargo (oversized, sensitive, high-value) and ad hoc projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Guide and train team members; act as the main escalation point.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent study
At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience in Airfreight
Comfortable with working 5.5 days
