Our Client is an Established Manufacturing Multinational Corporation. They are seeking for an experienced Senior HRIS Specialist ( 1 year contract ) to join their growing team and operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior HRIS Specialist with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, maintenance, and support of our SuccessFactors system across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to ensure system effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules.

• Support the implementation of new modules and enhancement projects, including system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.

• Maintain system integrity, data accuracy, and security, including regular audits and updates.

• Collaborate with HR teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

• Manage system upgrades, testing, and validation of new features and functionalities.

• Provide end-user training, support, and guidance across HR teams and internal stakeholders.

• Generate and analyze reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools to support HR analytics and decision-making.

• Work closely with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 3 years specialising in SAP SuccessFactors.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Other information:

• Working Location: North

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

• Basic Salary: S$5,500 or Above + Bonuses
